Rebooting my passion for photography.

The Viper's Den will be mainly about my blogs about photography, my family, and my adventures. I am not a fan of blogging. But being away from my family, my close friends and my country forced me to look for ways to while away my time. I am here in Libya mainly to teach. But I brought a camera hoping to document my stay here in these always misunderstood country. In february, the civil war here in Libya started. From then on, I never had a chance to go out and shoot outside of the capital except for some days when we can go out. But when the war ended in september,  I still cant get enough courage to pick up my camera and shoot. My passion came back because of an FB group called BMSD ( Bawal Mag Shoot Dito) a group of Filipino amateur and professional photographers fighting for their rights to shoot in public places like Rizal Park. My passion came back because this was a chance for me to contribute to a community of photographers who are not afraid to fight for a just cause. My entries in the future weeks would focus on the activities of these very brave group of people and their advocacy.
